This is the hidden gem of Iceland. This is the place to visit while In Iceland. Snæfellsnes Peninsula is one of Iceland´s most stunning places and in this tour you will have a taste of all the best. This place is like magic. It is like magic because it takes you to this place in your mind where you just stay in the present and enjoy every moment of your day, It keeps so much history, it keeps so much beauty in its nature, it keeps so much of the real Icelandic culture with all these small fishing villages and old abandoned farms, black churches. Why are churches black? Aren´t they supposed to be white? Your guide will tell you why.  Everything you need to see of Iceland is there.

Your guide will pick you up from your hotel or hotel room sometimes. Not everyone are good in waking up in the morning. From there you will head to this amazing peninsula while your guide will tell you how strange people are in Iceland. Tell you stories of elves and hopefully you will see some trolls.

Your first stop is Ytri-Tunga. If you translate that to English, it is outer tongue. But the real English word for this place is Seal Beach. It is a black sand beach and often – not promised though – you can see seals rest and sunbathing on the beach.

Come on to visit another incredible place. It´s called Búðir. It is located by the ocean and has this old black church there. Learn about why churches were colored black. This small fishing hamlet there is located in surreal environment of lava fields all around it.

After enjoying the company of the seals, you will visit Rauðafeldsgjá. It is really deep, narrow ravine inside of the cliffs south of the glacier of Snæfellsnes Peninsula. It has a tiny waterfall inside it. This is absolutely amazing place to be at.

Continue we head to the most stunning place called Arnarstapi. If you have ever imagined the dramatic and beautiful landscape, then this is that image. This place is perfect. It literally takes all of your words. Standing on the edge of the cliffs, marveling at the ocean and then all this landscape around you. You have to be dragged out of there because you just wont get enough of this place. It robs all of your words from you.
Well, we have to move on though.

Ok, when you think it cannot get any better than this, you will visit a place called Black Lava Pearl Beach. I know, and it looks even better than it sounds. The next place gets only better than the last one. Once, this place had the biggest fishing village on the whole peninsula.

Next is this amazing crater named Saxhóll. First you will have to walk up on top of it and you get the most amazing view over the peninsula. It is really a must visit place. Saxhóll is one of the most popular craters on Snæfellsnes.

Our last stop before heading back to Reykjavik is probably the most popular one. We usually save the best for last. It is the amazing mountain Kirkjufell and the incredible waterfall next to it, Kirkjufellsfoss waterfall. This tops the magic you were promised in this tour.

In between you will have a lunch break and we will give you a taste of Iceland´s one and only Whiskey
