We offer complimentary hotel and bus-stop pick up from Reykjavik every day and it takes you about 3
hours to drive to our base camp at Langjökull. Once you are at our base camp we
suit up for the tour, we offer fool body winter suit, gloves, helmet, and cover
shoos if needed.  

We go over a safety briefing before heading out to the glacier slopes, so that everyone feels safe and
secure to start the tour.  

The snowmobile tour is one hour with at least one stop on the way, and we recommend that you switch
drivers at the stop.  

The glacier Langjökull is about 1400 meters above sea level and expands over an area of 953km2 Square kilometers.
So plenty of space to swift through on the snowmobile.

What is included

Pick up from hotels/guesthouses in Reykjavik, a one-hour snowmobiling tour and all necessary equipment provided during the snowmobile tour. Unless specifically booked differently, 2 people will share a snowmobile.

We recommend that you bring warm and windproof clothing in addition to good, waterproof hiking boots and a camera.


Choices of roads and availability of activities are condition dependent. The location of snowmobiles is according to the snow conditions. Cancellation must be made 24 hours prior to departure. It is essential to be able to present a valid driver’s license in order to drive a snowmobile if asked. Price is per person and there will be 2 passengers per snowmobile. No shows are fully charged. It is important to understand that while in Iceland you could experience all four seasons in less than one day. It is vital to wear comfortable and appropriate clothing to be able to enjoy the excursions to the fullest. Warm, windproof clothing in addition to good, sturdy shoes should do the trick.
